Premium Property Management Package
This package all the services included in the regular package detailed above. Additionally, this package includes professional legal support to give the investors the peace of mind they seek. Our qualified attorneys handle any breaches of the lease by tenants, guiding investors through the process of legally ensuring their property rights are maintained.
Additionally, this package comes with full accounting support. We fulfill any taxation requirements on behalf of the investor, filing property taxes and maintaining relevant tax records. We also prepare any relevant financial statements that might be required by the investor throughout the year.
